Our Mediterranean-inspired kitchen draws on the bold, soulful flavors of Spain, Italy, and North Africa -- every sauce, every pasta, every dessert is made from scratch using the finest ingredients. There are no shortcuts at our table.

With decades of experience in some of the finest kitchens in the Northeast, Chef Fabian brings a relentless commitment to scratch-made excellence. Every sauce, every pasta, every dessert is crafted from the ground up.
His Mediterranean-inspired menu combines the bold flavors of Spain, South America, and America, reinterpreted with seasonal New England ingredients and an artist's touch.
"There are no shortcuts to great food. Every dish tells a story, and ours begins from scratch." Then I add salt, pepper, love and passion.
